(A) BUSINESS & CIVIL LEGALIZATION INFORMATION

1) The Passport Copy is required with all other civil legalization documents.

2) Original documents should be from MAHARASHTRA & KARNATAKA only.

(B) DRAFT INFORMATION

1) Only ONE draft is accepted from a travel agent.

2) Do not make two  drafts for one single token.

3) Drafts of Nationalized or  Foreign banks  are accepted only and not of Scheduled or  Co-operative banks.

(C) Once submission is done no changes can be done. Whatever is issued by the Consulate is final. Please make sure what CATEGORY of VISA  is issued and the COLLECTION DATE.

(D) Same Day collection has been stopped by the Consulate. On some extreme reasons like death in the family is occurred it can be done, only if the CHINESE VISA OFFICER approves it.

Same Day visa charges are Rs.1300/ + Visa Fees.

(E) A multiple-entry visa can be issued if an applicant has already occurred a multiple entry visa in the past one or two years or if he has traveled at least 2 to 3 times in the past year to china. In such kind of applications the Govt Authorized Invitation letter is not required.

(F) Visa applications are not accepted by MAIL/POST/COURIER. It can be made personally or through TRAVEL AGENTS/RELATIVES/FRIENDS.

(G) All the Visa application forms should be filled and signed by the applicant & Covering letter is also prepared by the applicant with his own signature.

(H) Nationals of SINGAPORE, BRUNEI & JAPAN holding ordinary passport do not require CHINESE VISA for stay till 15 Days.
