On 7th December, Consul General Kong Xianhua attended Mumbai School Survey 2023 Awards Presentation Ceremony.

The Mumbai School Survey was conducted by the Free Press Journal. The survey assessed all schools in Mumbai from learning & curriculum, sports & extracurricular activities,  tech-Savvy teaching,inclusive classrooms and future readiness & upskilling and selected the schools with best performance. Consul General Kong, Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansakar and Mumbai University Vice Chancellor Ravindra Kulkarni were invited as special guests to present awards.

Consul General Kong said that education is the foundation of national development. The survey has promoted the development of schools and education in Mumbai. President of the Free Press Journal Mr. Abhishek Karnani said that Chinese education competitiveness is rising. China is one of the main destinations for Indian students. Education should be an important direction of China-India cooperation.
